(Sydney, NS) The CBU CAPERS win 95-90 in a hard-fought battle with the Acadia Axemen in AUS men's basketball action.
Shak Pryce led the charge for the CAPERS with 25 points and 5 assists. Stefan Anisko chipped in with 15 points and Aaron Cunningham with 14. Tafarian Black had a double-double with 11 rebounds and 11 points.
Axeman Glen Cox netted a whopping 37 points with teammates Gabe Davignon and Briawne Wilson scoring 14 points each.
The CAPERS are in 2nd place in the conference standings and Acadia finds themselves in 6th place.
The Axemen are on the road tomorrow, Saturday, January 18 at StFX with a tip-off of 8pm.
The CAPERS will be hosting StFX at the Sullivan Fieldhouse on Thursday, January 23 at 8pm.
